Job Summary
We are seeking two experienced and motivated Warehouse Incharges to oversee warehouse operations. Selected candidates will undergo initial training at our Makkah facility before being transferred to either our Riyadh or Madinah warehouse. The ideal candidates must be fluent in Arabic and have strong warehouse management and inventory control experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.
Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Maintain proper warehouse documentation and records.
Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations.
Monitor warehouse housekeeping and storage conditions.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure operational efficiency.
Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
Handle ERP-based inventory transactions and stock movements.
Requirements
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory (spoken and written).
Minimum 2–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the FMCG, cosmetics, perfume, or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
Experience using ERP systems for inventory control.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
