Supervise day-to-day FM operations (cleaning, catering, soft services) across client sites
Manage manpower teams, rosters, attendance & performance
Liaise with client representatives and ensure SLA compliance
Coordinate maintenance, HSE, and quality standards
Requirements:
3–5 years' FM / soft-services supervisory experience in KSA
Strong leadership & reporting skills
Valid transferable Iqama preferred
English essential; Arabic an advantage
Valid KSA driving licence preferred
