We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
Plan and execute online and offline promotional campaigns.
Create engaging marketing content and coordinate with designers and content creators.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage branding initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
Coordinate with the sales team to generate quality leads.
Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
Locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
