Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Welder with experience in operating CNC welding machines and performing precision welding for industrial and manufacturing applications. The ideal candidate should be able to read engineering drawings, set up CNC welding equipment, and ensure high-quality welds in accordance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor CNC welding machines.
Set up welding programs, fixtures, and machine parameters.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Perform MIG, TIG, or Arc welding as required.
Inspect welded components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Measure and verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC welding equipment.
Follow welding procedures (WPS) and quality requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Welding, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating CNC welding machines.
Knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup is preferred.
Experience in MIG, TIG, or FCAW welding.
Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience
Experience in oil & gas, fabrication, or heavy industrial projects.
Knowledge of ISO quality standards.
GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.
