• Quantity: Strictly from 100,000 MT up to 3,000,000 MT
• Requests below 100,000 MT will not be reviewed
• Eligible buyers: Major contractors, developers, steel companies, project suppliers and authorised international importers - All prices are CiF!
• Buyer must submit an official LOI, company profile, Commercial Registration, authorised signatory details and verifiable evidence of financial capacity
• LOI must confirm the quantity, destination, Incoterms, delivery schedule, project or end use and proposed payment terms
• Following buyer verification and supply confirmation, the direct seller issues the formal commercial invoice
• The buyer’s bank issues an MT705 documentary credit pre advice in accordance with the commercial invoice and agreed preliminary terms
• After banking verification, the buyer may visit the designated site, inspect the available products, review supporting documents and complete due diligence
• A face to face commercial meeting will be held directly between the buyer and direct seller
• Final price, quantity, payment terms, lifting schedule and delivery programme will be agreed directly during the meeting
• Following execution of the final agreement, the buyer’s bank issues the operative MT700 documentary credit according to the concluded deal
• All banking transactions are conducted directly between the buyer’s and seller’s respective banks
• Deliveries proceed progressively according to the agreed contractual lifting schedule
• Brokers are accepted only with a valid and verifiable buyer mandate
• No mandate, incomplete documentation or insufficient financial capacity means no engagement
