✅ Requirements
Garage/Automotive spray painting experience is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Skilled in surface preparation, sanding, masking, and paint mixing
Knowledge of automotive paint systems and spray painting techniques
Ability to deliver high-quality finishes
Familiarity with paint booth operations and spray equipment
Physically fit and able to work efficiently in a workshop environment
💼 Responsibilities
Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and masking
Mix and apply paint according to manufacturer specifications
Perform spray painting on vehicles and automotive parts
Ensure smooth, high-quality finishes and color matching
Inspect completed work and carry out touch-ups when required
Maintain spray guns, paint booths, and related equipment
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Keep the work area clean and organized
