Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
Strong experience in construction site execution, project coordination, and supervision
Knowledge of concrete works, finishing works, quantity take-off, and BOQ review
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (MS Project/Primavera is an advantage)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage site activities
Transferable Iqama (mandatory)
Must be currently available in Riyadh
Immediate joining preferred
