Conduct inspections for excavation, backfilling, compaction, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
Review and verify construction activities against approved drawings and technical specifications.
Prepare and process WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, inspection checklists, and site inspection reports.
Monitor concrete works, including pre-pour inspections, concrete placement, slump tests, temperature checks, cube sampling, and curing.
Inspect reinforcement steel for bar size, spacing, lap length, cover, anchorage, and installation before concrete pouring.
