Manage and monitor plastering, painting, tiling, gypsum board, false ceiling, flooring, waterproofing, screed, doors, windows, and architectural finishing works.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, QA/QC teams, MEP engineers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth execution.
Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, slopes, surface preparation, workmanship, and material quality.
Review approved material submittals and ensure only approved materials are used at site.
Conduct inspections and prepare WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, checklists, and daily progress reports.
Monitor finishing activities against project schedules and ensure timely completion.
