*We’re hiring* an experienced Team Leader to run our auto body shop and manage technicians.
*Responsibilities:*
- Lead & schedule team of body techs, painters, and helpers
- Check quality of all repairs before delivery - zero comebacks
- Manage daily workflow, meet deadlines, track cycle time
- Train staff, enforce safety, keep shop clean & organized
- Coordinate with front office, parts, and insurance assessors
- Control material costs and maintain equipment
*Requirements:*
- 2+ years body shop experience + 2+ years as supervisor
- Expert in panel beating, paint, frame work, and OEM standards
- Strong leadership skills - can manage multicultural team
- Arabic prefer, English/Urdu a plus
