Tasks:
. Supervise and direct E&I subcontractor activities.
. Installation and test of solar panel system (emergency) for the aerodrome.
. Supervise and direct the effort on site by the Contractor installing the wiring and electrical equipment.
. Ensure that works is completed according to plans and specifications for the project.
. Ensure that the working methods and the quality of the finished product are according to the rules of art.
. Ensure that works is carried out in a safe manner.
. Ensure that work is completed within time and on budget, without incurring additional costs.
. Coordinate with supervisors and disciplines on the project to establish common priorities.
. Coordinate with representatives of the manufacturers of the equipment on site.
. Prepare daily progress report.
Coordination with the Site Manager/the persons in charge disciplines and inspector’s QC for the inspections and the tests.
. HV cable pulling, joint, test and termination.
. Transformer test and installation.
installation of high and low voltage power equipment, controls, MCC, motor starters and plant electrical distribution system cables routing, support system, laying, glancing and termination, heat tracing, punch listing, testing, inspection
pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical items such as: power and control cables, cable trays, wiring, lighting, motors, relay/ limit switches, switch gear, control panels,
Coordination with representatives E&I of the Customer & final Customer for all activities E&I of the project.
Preparation, implementation, control, review and update of specific documentation E&I of the project (procedures, plane of quality control…) in coordination with supervisors E&I and the personnel of construction.
Coordination with the Site Manager/the persons in charge disciplines and inspector’s QC for the inspections and the tests.
Direction of supervisors E&I (20 people) for the realization of work and the inspections during the various training courses of the project.
