We are hiring an experienced **Installation Team Leader** for a leading **Production & Fabrication Company** in **Saudi Arabia**.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum **5 years' experience** in **event production, exhibition, scenic construction, or event fabrication**
* Proven experience leading **on-site installation teams**
* Strong knowledge of **carpentry, steel fabrication, rigging, truss systems, lighting, AV, and temporary event structures**
* Ability to read technical drawings and manage site installations
* Experience in manpower planning, installation scheduling, quality control, and HSE compliance
* GCC experience is preferred
