1️⃣ Maintenance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for production equipment and plant utilities.
• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Lead, coach, and support the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and company procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to optimize maintenance planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in managing spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or mechanical industry.
• Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Previous experience working in a company operating under a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and team management skills.
2️⃣ Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential failures.
• Install, adjust, and test machinery and equipment.
• Follow maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Complete maintenance reports and update maintenance records accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or mechanical industry.
• Hands-on experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Previous experience working under a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and respond to maintenance emergencies when required.
