## Crusher Operator

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor primary, secondary, and/or tertiary crushers to ensure consistent throughput and product size
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on crushing equipment
- Monitor feed rates, adjust settings, and troubleshoot operational issues

## Plant & Heap Leach Superintendent

**About the Role**
We are looking for a Plant & Heap Leach Superintendent to oversee processing plant operations and heap leach pad activities, ensuring optimal recovery rates, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the processing plant and heap leach facility
- Supervise plant and leach pad personnel, including shift supervisors and operators
- Optimize leaching efficiency, solution management, and metal recovery rates
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to leach operations
- Coordinate with metallurgy, maintenance, and engineering teams to troubleshoot process issues
- Develop and manage operational budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across plant and leach operations

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field
- Significant experience in heap leach and/or processing plant operations, with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of gold recovery processes (cyanide leaching, carbon adsorption, etc.)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with regional mining regulations and environmental standards is a plus

We are hiring a Mine Operator to safely and efficiently operate mobile mining equipment as part of daily open-pit or underground mining operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate haul trucks, loaders, excavators, drills, or other mobile mining equipment as assigned
- Perform pre-operational equipment checks and report defects
- Follow mine plans, blast schedules, and dispatch instructions
- Maintain safe operating distances and adhere to traffic management protocols
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and control room via radio

**Requirements**
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification/license
- Previous experience operating mining equipment in an open-pit or underground setting

**About the Role**
We are seeking a Mining Superintendent to oversee overall mine production operations, ensuring alignment with the mine plan, safety standards, and cost/efficiency targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct and coordinate all mining operations across shifts, including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling
- Manage Shift Supervisors and mine operations personnel
- Ensure production targets, ore quality, and grade control objectives are achieved
- Collaborate with the mine planning and geology teams to optimize the short/medium-term mine plan
- Monitor equipment utilization and coordinate with maintenance for fleet availability
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage operational budgets and report on KPIs to senior management

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
- Substantial experience in open-pit mining operations, including supervisory/management roles
- Strong knowledge of mining methods, equipment, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills
- Experience with mine planning/scheduling software is an advantage

- Ensure the mine operates in full compliance with applicable mining law, safety, and environmental regulations

- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
