AYZ Saudi Arabia is launching a new Sales & Trading Division and is looking for an exceptional leader to build it from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Establish, develop, and lead the company's Sales & Trading Division.
Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans.
Identify new markets, products, suppliers, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
Lead commercial negotiations and secure high-value contracts.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales & Trading team.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to drive business growth.
Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue and profitability.
Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, budgets, and growth strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ 5–10 years of proven experience in Sales & Trading, preferably within Construction Materials, Industrial Products, EPC, Modular Buildings, MEP, or related industries.
✔ Demonstrated success in establishing or leading a Sales & Trading Division.
✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
✔ Strategic thinker with excellent commercial acumen.
✔ Valid Saudi Driving License (Mandatory).
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
