Qualifications for HR Manager - Construction
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD Level 5/7, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the Saudi construction industry.
• Proven experience in overseas recruitment and workforce mobilization.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and MHRSD regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Absher Business, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
Qualifications for HR Manager - Logistics
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD Level 5/7, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within the logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and MHRSD regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Absher Business, and HRIS platforms.
• Experience in overseas recruitment and workforce mobilization is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
Compensation & Salary Terms
• Salary: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience, and interview assessment, in line with the prevailing market salary scale in Saudi Arabia.
