* Secure delivery contracts with major delivery platforms.
* Recruit and onboard delivery drivers.
* Manage driver schedules, attendance, performance, and daily operations.
* Maintain strong relationships with delivery companies.
* Ensure operational targets and service requirements are achieved.
**Requirements:**
* First-hand experience working with delivery platforms.
* Strong contacts within Noon, Keeta, HungerStation, Ninja, or similar companies.
* Proven ability to acquire delivery contracts.
* Experience in hiring and managing a large team of drivers.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and operational management skills.
