• Requests below 100,000 MT will be rejected immediately
• Buyer must submit an official LOI, company profile, Commercial Registration, authorised signatory details and verifiable evidence of financial capacity
• LOI must clearly state quantity, specifications, destination, Incoterms, delivery schedule and payment terms
• After verification, the direct seller issues the Commercial Invoice
• The buyer’s bank issues the MT705 documentary credit pre advice
• Following verification of the MT705, the buyer will be scheduled for product inspection, document review and a face to face meeting with the direct seller
• Final price, quantity, delivery programme, lifting schedule and commercial terms will be agreed directly with the seller
• Following execution of the agreement, the buyer’s bank issues the operative MT700 documentary credit based on the final deal
• All financial transactions are conducted directly between the buyer’s and seller’s banks
• Only serious buyers who understand the procedure for dealing with a direct seller will be considered
