A contracting company in Dammam is seeking a (Foreman & Equipment Operator) who will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, marketing it, and continuously searching for new work opportunities to increase the daily operating rate of the equipment. The candidate must hold an appropriate qualification, possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and have no less than 5 years of experience in contracting, equipment operation, and equipment marketing.
The role includes monitoring equipment operation at project sites, coordinating transportation, ensuring equipment readiness, supervising drivers and operators, adhering to safety procedures, communicating with current and new clients to market the equipment, searching for new operating contracts, preparing daily operation reports, and monitoring performance to achieve the highest possible operating rate.
Compensation: A percentage of the equipment operating revenue.
