🔹 Open Position:
1️⃣ Mechanical BIM Modeler
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain accurate 3D mechanical BIM models using Revit.
• Develop coordinated models for HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, and material take-offs.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and specifications.
• Support the project team throughout design, construction, and handover.
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of Mechanical BIM Modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit; knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
