We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately. Previous recruitment experience is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
Post vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate hiring requirements and interview schedules.
Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
Coordinate attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative activities.
Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and Bahrain labor regulations.
Respond to employee HR-related inquiries and provide administrative support.
Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of HR and recruitment experience.
Experience sourcing candidates and posting jobs through Indeed and other online job portals.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience using HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law.
Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
