We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a fresh café brand in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all daily restaurant and café operations.
* Enhance and maintain the café brand and customer experience.
* Oversee food and beverage operations and quality standards.
* Control costs, budgets, inventory, and purchasing.
* Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) to achieve profitability targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
* Recruit, train, and lead restaurant staff.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
* Prepare operational and financial reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant or café operations management.
* Proven experience in brand development and operational excellence.
* Strong knowledge of food & beverage management, cost control, budgeting, and P&L.
* Experience managing vendors, suppliers, and inventory.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
