* Minimum 10 years of experience in Soft Services / Facility Management.
* Strong experience in housekeeping, cleaning operations, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and manpower supervision.
* Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
* Valid and transferable Saudi Iqama is mandatory.
* Saudi driving license is preferred.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage teams, maintain service quality, and ensure compliance with client requirements and HSE standards.
