Ground Staff Cargo Handling Immigration

I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Aviation and Logistics. During the program, I learned the fundamentals of airport operations, airline management, aviation safety and security, passenger handling, cargo and logistics management, supply chain management, customer service, and business management. The course also helped me develop communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills. I further strengthened my practical knowledge through an internship in Passenger Ground Services, where I gained hands-on exposure to airport operations and passenger assistance.
