To act as the primary ambassador for Zegna’s Su Misura service, delivering a luxury experience to high-net-worth clients. You will manage the end-to-end MTM journey—from fabric consultation and precision measuring to order tracking and final fit—while driving sales targets and cultivating long-term client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MTM Consultation & Sales:
· Conduct in-depth client consultations to identify personal style, body type, and occasion needs (business, leisure, or formal events).
· Expertly guide clients through Zegna’s exclusive fabric collections, seasonal swatches, and detailing options (buttons, linings, monograms).
· Achieve individual and store-wide MTM sales KPIs, converting walk-in traffic into repeat Su Misura clientele.
2. Technical Precision & Order Management:
· Take precise body measurements using Zegna’s proprietary measuring protocols; ensure absolute accuracy for optimal fit.
· Input orders accurately into the brand’s digital ordering system, liaising directly with the Italian atelier to communicate special client requests.
· Manage the order pipeline, tracking production timelines (typically 4–6 weeks) and proactively updating clients on progress.
3. Clienteling & After-Sales Service:
· Build and maintain a VIP client database; proactively reach out to schedule seasonal appointments and follow-up fittings.
· Manage post-delivery fit adjustments, coordinating with local tailors or in-house alterations to ensure perfection.
· Organize private trunk shows and exclusive in-store events for premium clients.
4. Brand Ambassadorship:
· Maintain immaculate boutique visual standards, ensuring MTM displays and fabric books are pristine and current.
· Stay up-to-date on global fashion trends, Zegna’s latest collections, and competitive luxury landscape.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Experience: Minimum 3+ years in luxury menswear retail, with at least 2 years specifically in MTM, Bespoke, or high-end tailoring (previous experience with Zegna, Brioni, Canali, or Kiton is a distinct advantage).
· Education: Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Tailoring, or Retail Management is preferred.
· Language: Languages mandatory for effective local and GCC client communication. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
· Technical Skills: Proficient in body measuring techniques, fabric knowledge, and order management.
