QC Engineer | Ready Mix Concrete & Batch Plant | 4+ Years Experience

I am an experienced QC Engineer with more than 4 years of experience in Quality Control, Ready Mix Concrete, and Batch Plant operations. I have hands-on experience in concrete quality control, raw material inspection, laboratory testing, batching operations, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and relevant ASTM/ACI standards.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
Quality control of fresh and hardened concrete.
Monitoring Ready Mix Concrete and Batch Plant operations.
Inspection and quality control of cement, aggregates, water, and chemical admixtures.
Monitoring concrete batching, weighing accuracy, and material dosing.
Performing fresh concrete tests including slump, temperature, and sampling.
Concrete cube/cylinder sampling and compressive strength testing.
Monitoring aggregate gradation, moisture content, and contamination.
Checking concrete mix designs and verifying batch production against approved mix proportions.
Monitoring batch plant calibration and weighing systems.
Investigating rejected concrete and material non-conformities.
Preparing NCRs, quality reports, inspection reports, and test records.
Maintaining QC documentation and laboratory records.
Coordination with batching plant, production team, site engineers, consultants, and clients.
Ensuring compliance with project specifications, Quality Control Plans, ITPs, method statements, ASTM, and ACI requirements.
