We're looking for an experienced **Full Stack Developer** with a strong frontend background and experience in **GIS, mapping, and geospatial applications** to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain modern, scalable web applications.
* Build responsive user interfaces using **React** (Next.js preferred).
* Develop and integrate backend APIs and services.
* Create and maintain interactive web mapping applications.
* Visualize geospatial, real-time, and data-driven information.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project stakeholders.
* Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
✅ Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in web application development, preferably involving **GIS, mapping, or spatial data applications**.
* Strong experience with **React** and modern frontend development practices (**Next.js preferred**).
* Good proficiency in **JavaScript** and/or **TypeScript**.
* Experience with interactive web maps using **MapLibre, Mapbox GL, Leaflet, OpenLayers**, or similar mapping frameworks.
* Solid understanding of GIS concepts and spatial data formats such as **GeoJSON, Vector Tiles, Raster Data, and Coordinate Systems**.
* Experience visualizing geospatial, real-time, or data-driven information in web applications.
* Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional development team.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with **meteorological, environmental, or other spatial datasets**.
* Familiarity with **GeoTIFF, NetCDF, GRIB**, or similar geospatial data formats.
* Knowledge of **Tailwind CSS** or other modern UI styling frameworks.
* Experience with backend technologies such as **Node.js, Django**, or similar frameworks.
* Familiarity with **Git**, **CI/CD pipelines**, and **Agile development methodologies**.
* Exposure to **cloud platforms** and **geospatial services** is a plus.
