Supervisor, Tools & Automation supports the Director, CM & SCCS in coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring alignment between SCCS operational requirements, digital systems implementation, software development activities, and field execution across projects. The role ensures that SCCS workflows, TekWin/Unifier systems, and digital tools are properly implemented, adopted, and continuously improved based on operational feedback and execution requirements. It is responsible for bridging site operations and digital systems to strengthen workflow integrity, automation effectiveness, and enterprise SCCS implementation consistency.
1. Principal Accountabilities:
1. Coordinate SCCS Software Development Activities
Coordinate with TekWin, BlacksmithSoft, Oracle, BIM, and internal IT teams by translating SCCS operational requirements into system functionalities, tracking development activities, and monitoring implementation progress against approved roadmaps and priorities to ensure alignment between operational workflows and digital systems.
2. Monitor SCCS Digital Implementation Across Projects
Monitor project-level SCCS implementation by conducting coordination sessions with Construction Managers, Segment In-Charge personnel, Cell Leaders, and project teams to verify proper system usage, workflow compliance, and alignment between field execution and approved SCCS operational processes.
3. Prepare SCCS Performance & Implementation Reporting
Develop and maintain weekly SCCS implementation dashboards, adoption reports, system usage reports, and data quality reports by tracking Cells opened/closed, VBoQ utilization, implementation delays, and execution-system discrepancies to provide clear operational visibility and implementation status updates to management.
4. Manage Feedback Loop & System Improvement Coordination
Capture operational feedback from site teams, equipment departments, and project users by maintaining Issue & Enhancement Logs, documenting process gaps, and coordinating with IT and digital teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous workflow improvement.
5. Support SCCS Process Governance & Compliance
Support implementation of SCCS SOPs, workflows, and approval structures by verifying adherence to approved operational procedures and assisting in governance monitoring activities to maintain workflow consistency and controlled SCCS execution across projects.
6. Support SCCS Training & User Enablement
Assist in preparing SCCS training materials, onboarding documentation, and awareness sessions by supporting project teams and system users in understanding workflows, reporting procedures, and digital tool utilization to strengthen adoption and operational competency.
7. Coordinate System Integration & Data Validation
Validate integration alignment between SCCS systems, TekWin, Oracle, BIM, and other enterprise platforms by monitoring data flow consistency, identifying integration gaps, and supporting system coordination activities to improve operational reliability and reporting accuracy.
8. Monitor Digital Adoption & Operational Alignment
Track SCCS digital adoption performance by monitoring user activity, implementation compliance, workflow utilization, and operational gaps to improve enterprise system adoption and strengthen execution discipline across projects.
9. Support Automation & Workflow Optimization Initiatives
Assist in identifying opportunities for workflow automation, process enhancement, and digital optimization by coordinating with operational and IT teams to improve reporting efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and strengthen SCCS operational controls.
