MEP OPERATIONS MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple MEP projects
• Build strong relationships with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and suppliers, etc.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
Requirements
• 10–15 years of MEP/construction experience
• 5+ years in Operations Management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical), Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Arabic nationals preferred
