Afniah Engineering Consulting Co. is seeking a qualified and proactive Safety Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that health, safety, and environmental requirements are effectively implemented across our projects.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of heritage, hospitality, residential, and healthcare (hospital) projects. Candidates with previous experience in engineering consultancy firms will be highly preferred, as this closely aligns with the nature of our business and project delivery approach.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline from a recognised university.
3–5 years of relevant experience as a Safety Engineer.
Experience in heritage, hospitality, residential, or healthcare (hospital) projects is highly desirable.
Previous experience with an engineering consultancy firm is strongly preferred.
Good knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC), occupational health and safety regulations, and international HSE standards.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent will be an advantage.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
