Role Purpose:
Manage the full POL business cycle, combining technical product knowledge, supplier sourcing/procurement, and sales/business development for aviation and defense lubricants, oils, greases, and related products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales opportunities for aviation & defense POL products with military and aviation customers.
Identify, qualify, and manage OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, and international suppliers.
Lead RFQs, technical/commercial evaluations, quotations, negotiations, and purchasing.
Understand MIL-SPEC, OEM specifications, certifications, and aviation/defense requirements.
Support product registration, qualification, localization, and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
Build and maintain a reliable supplier and product portfolio for strategic POL requirements.
Coordinate between customers, suppliers, technical teams, and procurement to ensure competitive and compliant offers.
Ideal Candidate:
3–7 years’ experience in aviation/defense POL, lubricants, or related aerospace/defense supply chains.
Strong knowledge of aviation lubricants, greases, hydraulic fluids, engine oils and MIL-SPEC products.
Proven experience in both sales/business development and procurement/sourcing.
Experience dealing with military organizations, airlines, MROs, OEMs, or defense suppliers is highly preferred.
Strong commercial negotiation and supplier-management skills.
Technical degree in engineering, chemistry, aviation, or a related field preferred.
Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.
