The PET bottle washing recycling line consists of various machines including a crusher, pre-washer, hot washer, friction washer, floating washer, dewatering machine, and drying system. Each machine is tailored to effectively clean and eliminate impurities from PET bottles, ensuring a top-notch final product.
The pre-washer is used to clean the PET bottles before they are shredded by the plastic crusher. The crusher breaks down the PET bottles into smaller pieces, facilitating the cleaning process for subsequent machines. The hot washer utilizes high temperature water (around 90℃) with liquid detergent to wash the PET flakes, resulting in a thorough cleaning. The friction washer then removes any remaining dirt or debris from the flakes through high-speed friction, leaving the PET flakes exceptionally clean.
The floating washer in our food grade B2B PET bottle washing line effectively cleans pet flakes, separates debris, silt, and paper scraps, while the dewatering machine ensures the flakes are dry. The drying system completes the process before further processing.
