Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches.
Ensure smooth coordination between the central kitchen and restaurant outlets.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
Supervise staff performance and ensure operational efficiency.
Coordinate with kitchen, delivery, and customer service teams for our monthly healthy meal subscription program.
Handle operational challenges and implement process improvements.
Prepare operational reports and ensure company policies are followed.
