We are looking to hire an operations Manager who has experience in Shutdown and Turnaround Projects.
Nationality : Indian
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial preferred)
• 10–15 years of experience in industrial services, oil & gas, petrochemical, maintenance, shutdowns, turnarounds, or EPC projects
• Minimum 5 years in an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role
• Experience managing multiple projects, manpower planning, budgeting, scheduling, and project execution
• SABIC and Aramco approved
• GCC experience is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage industrial service, maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, and EPC projects
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and as per quality standards
• Manage manpower, resources, client relationships, and operational performance
• Drive HSE compliance and continuous operational improvement
