*Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and review master and detailed project schedules.
-Monitor project progress and analyze deviations from approved plans.
-Develop recovery and acceleration plans to ensure timely project completion.
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior management.
-Monitor critical paths and identify potential delays and project risks.
-Prepare and maintain risk registers and develop mitigation and corrective action plans.
-Analyze the impact of risks on project schedules, costs, and execution plans.
-Manage and monitor change orders and assess their time and cost implications.
-Prepare supporting documentation for claims and extension-of-time requests related to change orders.
-Review schedule updates, delay analyses, and extension-of-time claims.
-Coordinate with project managers, technical office, cost control, procurement, and other relevant departments.
-Oversee all planning activities across the company’s projects.
*Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
-Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning within the contracting sector.
-Proven experience in planning and controlling large-scale construction projects.
-Strong experience in risk management, change orders, contractual claims, and delay analysis.
-Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applications.
-Strong reporting, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
-Excellent command of English.
