We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. Candidates who are locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
Coordinate with departments to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain confidentiality of recruitment records and employee information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in recruiting for construction, facility management, or real estate industries is an advantage.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
