Currently, I am working as an HSE Officer with PowerChina on a Solar Project, where I am responsible for implementing HSE policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across project activities.
I hold internationally recognized certifications, including NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA, and ISO 45001:2018 OH&S Lead Auditor. These qualifications have strengthened my expertise in international HSE standards, risk assessment, hazard control, and legal compliance.
My key responsibilities include hazard identification and risk assessment, Permit to Work (PTW) management, site inspections, toolbox talks, safety training, contractor safety monitoring, PPE compliance, and emergency preparedness. I have experience managing high-risk activities such as hot work, excavation, lifting operations, working at height, and confined-space activities.
I also conduct incident and near-miss investigations, prepare detailed HSE reports, and coordinate emergency drills and fire safety arrangements with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
