* Opposite or near **GOSI Metro Station**
* Near **Talal Park**

* Behind or opposite **Lahori Khabay**
* Near **Paradise Restaurant**
* Monthly rent preferred (other arrangements can also be discussed).
* A furnished room is preferred, but a semi-furnished room is also acceptable.
* We are looking for a **permanent rental**, not a temporary stay.
* We are **2 Pakistani working professionals**.
* We are quiet, clean, and respectful.
* **No smoking, no gatherings, no parties, and no unnecessary activities.**
We plan to move in **from 1st September**. If the room is available, we are ready to **pay a token amount at any time during August** to confirm the booking. However, we will **start our tenancy and move in on 1st September**. If the room is currently occupied and will be vacated by 1st September, that is perfectly fine.
