Urgent Hiring: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 8+ years of experience to oversee site execution, technical submittals, and system integration for Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting installations across major projects in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
•
Site Supervision: Manage daily site installations of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting), Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Protection/Firefighting systems.
•
Technical Review: Review and verify shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, equipment selections, and material submittals against project specs.
•
Authority Compliance: Ensure installations align strictly with Saudi Building Codes (SBC), National Water Company (NWC), and Civil defence (MCD/NFPA) standards.
•
Coordination & QA/QC: Eliminate clashes between mechanical, electrical, and structural trades; maintain strict QA/QC inspections and site safety guidelines.
•
Testing & Commissioning: Supervise pre-commissioning, pressure testing, TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing), and final handover of all mechanical systems.
Required Qualifications & Certifications
•
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•
Experience: Minimum 8 years in mechanical site construction and system execution.
•
Mandatory Registration: Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
•
Preferred Certifications: PMP® ASHRAE Member NFPA Certified LEED GA/AP Mosta dam AP.
•
Technical Tools: AutoCAD, Revit/BIM exposure, HAP (Hourly Analysis Program), and MS Office.
