Seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to take end-to-end ownership of setting up a specialized technical training institute in Malappuram district, Kerala from preparing the comprehensive project report to coordinating regulatory approvals, infrastructure setup, and administrative launch.
Key Responsibilities;
Project Report & Documentation: Drafting a comprehensive, professional project report encompassing feasibility studies, capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, operational forecasts, and curriculum structuring guidelines.
Liaison & Approvals: Coordinating with government bodies, local authorities, and regulatory departments for necessary clearances, trade licenses, and institutional registrations.
Project Management & Execution: Managing timelines, tracking deliverables for workshop infrastructure and classroom setup, and coordinating between external vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Strategic Planning: Assisting in laying down institutional frameworks, drafting operational policies, and setting up initial administrative and academic workflows.
Required Qualifications & Background.
Education: MBA (Operations, Project Management, or General Management), B.Tech / B.E., or a Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
Experience: Proven experience (preferred 2 to 5 years) in project management, business setup, corporate planning, or operational coordination. Candidates with experience in setting up educational institutions, training centers, or industrial ventures will have a distinct advantage.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
Documentation & Analytical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in preparing detailed business proposals, financial/project reports, and strategic presentations (MS Office / Project Management tools).
Communication & Negotiation: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam, with strong interpersonal capabilities for external liaison and vendor management.
Leadership & Initiative: High degree of autonomy, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive initiatives independently without constant oversight.
