We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding process. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience recruiting for multiple positions across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone or virtual interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Prepare job advertisements and post vacancies on recruitment platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Conduct reference checks and assist with employment offers.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Must be currently residing in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Experience using recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and recruitment procedures is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for technical, sales, administrative, or real estate positions is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
