Key Responsibilities
Supervise duct fitters and assign daily tasks
Read and interpret project blueprints and technical drawings.
Check installed ductwork for quality and code compliance.
Coordinate with other trade teams like electrical and plumbing.
Enforce job site safety rules.
Required Capabilities and Skills
Know HVAC and sheet metal systems well.
Read blueprints and measure accurately.
Lead teams and communicate clearly.
Solve on-site problems quickly.
Use fabrication and measuring tools.
