Key Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
-5–8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in project planning and control for EPC/MEP projects.
-Previous experience with SEC, Aramco, Ma'aden, SWCC, or similar industrial clients is essential.
-Strong background in firefighting, fire alarm systems, substations, power plants, or industrial projects.
-Expert user of Primavera P6 and advanced MS Excel.
Experience in:
-Schedule development & baselines
-Earned Value Management (SPI/CPI)
-Critical Path Analysis
-S-Curves & Resource Histograms
-Delay Analysis & EOT Claims
-Cash Flow Forecasting
-Client progress reporting
-Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is mandatory.
-PMP or PMI-SP certification is an advantage.
-Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
-Valid Saudi driving license.
-Transferable Iqama for local candidates.
