I have developed strong expertise in pre & post-contract works;quantity take-offs including finishing items, rate analysis, cost estimation, subcontractor payment certification, Interim payment application, variation evaluation, value engineering, maintaining & updating the payment logs and variation logs and preparing financial reports under FIDIC-based contracts including landscape and infrastructure works with adepting Planswift, CostX, AutoCAD and Excel softwares.
