We are looking for 2–3 experienced Business Development / Marketing Executives to bring manpower supply contracts from companies in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
* Develop new business opportunities and secure manpower supply contracts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Follow up with potential customers and negotiate business deals.
Compensation:
* 30% Profit Share from the net profit of each successful project (after deducting all project-related expenses).
* The company will cover official marketing expenses, including fuel, transportation, and other approved marketing costs.
* Excellent long-term earning potential based on performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in manpower supply, construction, industrial services, or business development is preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Existing industry contacts will be an advantage.
