We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team for Refinery Restoration Works in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and supervise all construction activities for refinery restoration projects.
• Manage civil, structural, mechanical, piping, equipment installation, electrical, instrumentation, insulation, painting, and associated works.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project procedures.
• Coordinate construction sequencing to optimize productivity and minimize operational impacts.
• Monitor work progress and implement corrective actions where required.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline)
• 15+ years of experience in oil & gas/refinery construction projects
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager
• Proven experience in refinery restoration, brownfield projects, shutdowns, or turnarounds
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and HSE management skills
