Must hold relevant professional certifications in emergency response, incident command, fire safety, or related disciplines.
Previous work experience in Jubail is mandatory.
Must have a thorough understanding of Royal Commission for Jubail requirements, regulations, and emergency response standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience in managing emergency response teams within industrial, IWWTP, petrochemical, oil and gas environments is highly preferred.
