Job Overview
Umm Fatima Travel & Tours, a Saudi CR Registered Company, is looking for a Female Arabic & English Sales Executive to join our growing Hajj & Umrah sales team. The ideal candidate should be a Saudi National with strong communication and sales skills and the ability to deal professionally with local and international clients.
Important Requirement
Saudi National candidates only (Saudi females preferred).
Responsibilities
- Promote Hajj & Umrah packages to potential clients
- Handle sales inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and online platforms
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the operations team when required
Requirements
- Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Female candidate preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
- Experience in Hajj & Umrah, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of social media and online communication tools
- Must be based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia
- Willing to visit the office 2–3 times per week if required
- Laptop and reliable internet connection required
