Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of ELV projects from initiation to handover.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards.
Lead project meetings and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Manage procurement schedules and coordinate material deliveries.
Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality workmanship.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
PMP Certification is preferred.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred.
Additional certifications in ELV systems or project management are an advantage.
Experience
8–15 years of experience in ELV projects.
Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager leading large-scale ELV projects.
Proven experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure projects.
