### Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **HVAC Construction Manager / Senior HVAC Engineer** to lead and supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and construction activities for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that HVAC works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise HVAC construction and installation activities at project sites.
* Review approved HVAC drawings, specifications, material submittals, and project requirements.
* Plan and coordinate HVAC construction activities according to the project schedule.
* Supervise installation of HVAC systems, including:
* Chilled Water Systems
* Air Handling Units (AHU)
* Fan Coil Units (FCU)
* Package Units
* Split/Ducted Split Units
* Ventilation and Exhaust Systems
* Ductwork
* Chilled Water Piping
* Pumps and associated equipment
* Coordinate HVAC works with civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, and other disciplines.
* Supervise subcontractors, technicians, foremen, and site workforce.
* Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
* Ensure HVAC installations comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, and project specifications.
* Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Monitor inspection requests, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
* Identify site issues, technical problems, and clashes and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution.
* Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
* Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
* Ensure timely completion of HVAC activities as per the approved project schedule.
* Review material requirements and coordinate with procurement and stores teams.
* Ensure proper testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
* Support preparation of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance documents, and handover dossiers.
* Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, client specifications, and project requirements.
* Maintain proper documentation and records related to HVAC construction activities.
* Ensure all HVAC works are executed in accordance with company safety policies and Saudi regulations.
### Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may be considered for candidates with extensive relevant experience.
* Minimum **8–12 years of experience** in HVAC construction and installation.
* Experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
* Strong experience in HVAC site execution and construction management.
* Experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC projects is preferred.
* Experience working with major clients such as **Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or other industrial clients** is an advantage.
### Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
* Good knowledge of HVAC ductwork and chilled water piping systems.
* Knowledge of HVAC testing, commissioning, and balancing.
* Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, P&IDs, and specifications.
* Knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and project specifications.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
* Knowledge of project planning and progress monitoring.
* Good understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements.

### Preferred Certifications
* Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.
* Relevant HVAC certifications are an advantage.
* Safety certifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH are an advantage.
